Tv on the Radio é uma banda que foi ganhando ritmo devagar através da divulgação em rádios universitárias. Lançou um albúm irretocável chamado "Desperate youth, blood thirsty babes", aglomerando muitas referências sonoras, do r & b passando pelo rock n' roll e indo a caminho do pós-rock e agora lança "Return to cookie mountain".
